This remanufactured cartridge worked fine at first, but the print output began fading after just a hundred or so pages. Probably not worth the savings.

After opening the package ink went all over my hands and I had to wash the whole cartridge. It kept leaking from the top label, but once installed vertically in the printer it stopped. I crossed my fingers and left it in, hoping that it does not leak all over...Next time I'm ordering retail and not refills.

Did not receive in performance plus box. 2 cartridges came in one small package but the quality is good as usual. Remanufactured cartridges are the way to go!

I am please with the this product. Of course it is not the same as an HP cartridge, but it does the job with no major problems.
