Amazon.com Blue and Steve learn about the animal world in this video containing two episodes from the popular Nick Jr. show Blue's Clues. In the opening segment (made for this video), Steve and the audience must discover what animal Blue wants to learn about. As Steve gathers clues, we learn about several other animals and understand animal behavior, including movement and sound. An undersea submarine dive with Miss Gooddiver illustrates how fish use camouflage to protect themselves. In the other segment, Steve (and you, intrepid viewer) must find out what Blue wants to do today. We learn about baby animals and their relationships with their parents. Blue and Steve even have to take care of Baby Paprika. (Ages 2 to 6) --Doug Thomas

entertainment March 4, 2009 R. White (KC MO USA) I have a special girl who is now 33. She sits and watches these and signs and laughs whit them. Great stuff for the little guys. She is about 3 to 4 mentally. She has even learned some things from them. Grand kids love them also.
Eight and a half minutes of ads on the front of the video January 3, 2007 Jane Lebak (sunny New England) Blue's Clues is nice and all that. The episode is okay. But I am overwhelmed by disgust at the eight and a half minutes of commercials they saw fit to tack onto the front of a thirty-minute video.
I would hope the producers of this video are trapped someday in a living room with five children all screaming at them "I want to watch LITTLE BEAR / CHARLIE BROWN / DORA / WHATEVER" while they try to fast-forward through commercial after commercial after commercial.
Way to annoy the parents, guys. It's a nice show, but I see no reason to pay for the privilege of skipping nearly nine minutes of ads.

I love the blues clues movies they are so much fun and take you on a great adventure. My son loves yelling out he found a clue.
A True Blue's Clues Adventure November 29, 2001 Blue's Clues adventures are just special. They cannot be explained except to say the acting is superb, the colors are dynamic, the stories are meaningful, and one finishes watching the programs with an upbeat feeling. This video is no exception. I donated a copy to my county library, and will be giving it as a gift for many years.
