There are many reasons why celebrities diet from losing weight after having a baby, to gaining or losing weight for a movie. It is fun to find out what are the hottest diets according to the celebrities.

The South Beach Diet has been around for a while and many celebrities including former U.S. president, Bill Clinton choose to use the diet that emphasizes whole grains, lean meats and asks users to avoid bad fats. Singer Lorna Luft also found success on the South Beach Diet.
Many celebrities choose to use their own strategies when it comes to eating healthy and losing weight such as J.Lo who reportedly has a strategy of eating anything she wants as long as she eats in moderation. Although she has admitted to using a strategy that is similar to the Atkins Diet when she wants to lose weight.
Most celebrities will tell you that it is a combination of workouts and dieting that keeps them in shape such as celebrity, Madonna who follows the strict macrobiotric diet that is based on eating whole, unprocessed foods that are low in fat, and high in fiber.
