The former editor of Men’s Fitness magazine Tom Weede writes the Entrepreneur Diet book. The book places the number one asset of the busy, on the go entrepreneurs in front of them. No, not their time or money, but their body. The Flat Belly Diet written by Liz Vaccariello the Editor in Chief of Prevention magazine and her Nutrition Editor, Cynthia Sass simply states that you should eat Monounsaturated Fatty Acids with each meal. If the name is too long, how about olive oil, sunflower oil, flax oil, avocado, nuts and seeds since they all contain these Fatty Acids. The book goes into details of eating whole grains, fruits, vegetables, legumes and of course limiting the meat in the diet and 1600 daily calorie meal plans. Optional exercises such as push-ups, squats, lunges and brisk walking are included.
