Teenage weight problem will not normally just go away as teenagers get older. They may need assistance sooner or later. If your teenager is facing a massive weight loss problem, he or she needs to be under strict supervision. Knowing teenagers, they want things yesterday and fast ‘starvation diets’ appeals to them. Get the facts about these diets and emphasize on them not working and show them what actually works. Instead of saying can’t do this, show them do this.
